All items on this site are priced in Australian dollars.
We use the Pay-Pal and shopping cart system to process your credit or debit card. This is a very secure way of paying so that your funds can be confirmed and we can ship your jewellery as soon as possible. If you do not have a credit card, you may like to become a Pay-Pal member, http://www.paypal.com and make a direct payment from your bank account for your order through the Pay-Pal system.
Shipping and Handling
Your jewellery purchase will be shipped within 48 hours of your funds being confirmed. The parcel will be shipped from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia via Australia Post.
Shipping within Australia:
Shipping is FREE within Australia.
Parcel will be express post with a signature required at the post office.
Parcel should be expected within 48 hrs of postage confirmation, with tracking number.
International Shipping:
Parcel will be posted Australia Post Airmail.
Please allow 10 - 14 days from dispatch, which you will be notified of by email.

Customs duties may apply. Your customs office will advise you the rate of duty and taxes. Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of Caroline Trask Jewel Garden items. I have no control over these charges and cannot determine what they may be.
For all international orders, all additional charges for customs clearance, import/customs duties and taxes are payable by you (the customer/recipient).
Customs duty is not always applied. Some countries only charge duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount, you will need to check this at your customs and excise office. When ordering from me you are considered the importer of the ordered product and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returns Policy
Please be aware that many of the beads I use are either handmade, handcut gems, antique or vintage and will have slight flaws or variations of colour. For instance antique ivory or trade beads they may have slight markings which I will make you aware of in the product description, they are however matched as perfectly as possible. This also applies to slight variations in the coloured freshwater pearls, I am very particular about colour but slight variations may occur.
All pieces are carefully handmade and checked before they are posted so the chance of you receiving anything faulty is highly unlikely.They are also carefully packed for shipping. If your items of jewellery do arrive damaged you must contact me by email within 3 days of delivery and they can be returned to me. You the customer/recipient will incur all shipping and duty costs incurred. All parcels over $250 are insured for loss or any piece of jewellery under this price I deem irreplacable.
